This place had a nicely furnished double room with spacious bathrooms, which was exactly what I was looking for.

I really liked the simplicity of the whole accommodation experience. Venice can be a headache to navigate, but the couple contacted me by email, promptly after booking, with excellent directions. The room was lovely and cosy and toasty warm! The bathroom was spotless and there was even tv, Minibar and safety deposit box, which I wasn't expecting for the small price I paid. It is located on one of the quieter streets and I didnt hear any noise from outside. The couple were lovely and welcoming. I cannot praise this b&b highly enough. Highly recommended.
This is not such a negative comment but rather something worth bearing in mind anywhere. You really pay for space in Venice, regardless of where you stay. Im sure some people may find rooms cramped in comparison to other major cities, but consider where you are visiting. Likewise, the same can be said for breakfast - brioche, bread, juice and coffee are the norm, so you could find yourself disappointed if you are used to more extensive breakfast choices. Again, this could be said of anywhere in the city and beyond, not specifically this hotel.

The hotel was romantic with a wide array of well furnished and nicely decorated rooms. All the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful, resolved my issues. The room with baths. The property was in an UNBEATABLE location close enough to touristic places and Piazza San Marco and a canal that passes by the Peggy Guggenheim Collection.

It was close to Salute and Accademia. You can catch a vapporetto anywhere. The neighborhood is quiet.
Usual hard beds. Usual venetian breakfast. Tiny room.

We had a comfortable stay at a charming B&B in a convenient location. The traditional Venetian decor gave the room a unique touch. Despite being small, the room had everything we needed. The location allowed us to easily explore Venice on foot, and we found a bridge connecting to the San Marco area. Breakfast, though simple, provided a good start to the day. we would recommend this hotel for budget travelers looking for a good deal.

The room size is ok, not too small as in some Venice hotels. It's small family hotel.

Location is fairly good and the rooms are clean. Quiet location.
There are no staff at the hotel except for during the hours of breakfast 8.00-10.00 and if you leave the hotel after 10 they will not make up your room as they have gone home. The hotel is tiny and there are no communal areas. It is a fairly nice place but the room prices do not offer value for money, they are tiny. Also not many restaurants, bars nearby. You are also discouraged from paying by credit card.

The hotel staff is genuinely helpful. the location is quiet and easy, close to Ca' San Vio, the Accademia vaporetto station, and several historical places. - the room is tastefully decorated, functional, and has garden views.

Charming hotel on a quiet street very close to the Academia vaporetto stop. There is a map of Venice (useful if you can manage to find your way to the hotel - the directions on the website are good but I managed to miss the vaporetto entirely so I had to buy a map) as well as several Venice guidebooks available for guests to use. Breakfast was fine, nothing special, but the capuccino was delicious. Overall I had a very pleasant experience.
The bathroom (in room number 2) is tiny. I'm a very small person and I barely fit in the shower. It's an old house so perhaps unavoidable, but don't expect spaciousness and you won't be disappointed.
